Children under 2 years of age can stay for free.
Linens (sheets and towels) are available to rent for $15 or €10/person/rental period).
There is the option to pay a Cleaning Fee for $75 or €60, if you know that you will be unable to clean the house before your departure. In all cases, we expect the house to be left tidy to facilitate cleaning for the next guests.
Up to 6 guests maximum
One week. Rentals are from Friday to Friday.
Check in is after 4pm and check out is before 11am.

Balance – to be paid at least 3 weeks before your arrival
Once received, payments are non-refundable. We recommend the purchase of trip cancellation insurance as protection. In the event you must cancel and do not have insurance, we will make every effort to rebook the house. If we are able to do so, you will receive a refund less the deposit.
We do not charge a damage deposit because we hope (and expect) our guests will treat the Farmhouse as they would their own home. Any breakages or damage after your stay will be charged to you.
Telephone – there is a telephone that you may use. We ask that you purchase a telephone card (available at any kiosk, bar or tabac) and use it for all calls. All calls in France including local calls are charged by the minute. Wifi internet access is available and is included in the price of your rental.
Linens – sheets and towels are available to rent for $15 or €10/person/rental period. If you choose this option, all the beds will be made up for you before you arrive.
Cleaning Fee – if you know that you will be unable to clean the house before your departure (vacuum, clean the bathroom, mop the kitchen, take out garbage, clean and put away dishes etc.) you can choose to pay for a cleaning fee up front. Even if you do choose the cleaning option, we expect that things will be left tidy at the end of your stay.
