Capacity
Up to 6 guests maximum
Minimum stay
One week. Rentals are from Friday to Friday.
Check in is after 4pm and check out is before 11am.
Payment
Deposit - $250 for one week, $500 for two or more weeks at time of booking.
Balance - to be paid at least 3 weeks before your arrival.
Cancellation policy
Once received, payments are non-refundable. We recommend the purchase of trip cancellation insurance as protection. In the event you must cancel and do not have insurance, we will make every effort to rebook the house. If we are able to do so, you will receive a refund less the deposit.
Supplementary charges
We do not charge a damage deposit because we hope (and expect) our guests will treat the Farmhouse as they would their own home. Any breakages, damage or excessive cleaning required after your stay will be charged to you.
Telephone - there is a telephone that you may use. We ask that you purchase a telephone card (available at any kiosk, bar or tabac) and use it for all calls. All calls in France including local calls are charged by the minute.
Utilities/heating - clients will be charged for any extra electrical use over and above the base rate (10 kWh/day), which is included in the rental rate.
Linens - sheets and towels are available to rent for $10/person/rental period. If you choose this option, all the beds will be made up for you before you arrive.
